Ryan & Kortni Kubicina- Lead Elder/ House Church leaders
Spiritual Title: Kingdom Contact Coordinator
Role: Leads and oversees the affairs of the local church. Facilitates 5 strategic areas for Kingdom impact (1) Night and day worship and prayer (2) Mobilizes house church planting across city, (3) Teaches and trains in Rock Training Center, (4) Director of Rock Solid Urban Impact, and (5) Missions (Kansas City, cities, nations)
Fun Facts: Married for 10 years to high school sweetheart with 5 awesome kids. Ryan is reminded often of Jesus’ love through KC BBQ and late night taco runs in the hood.  He is shamelessly a wanna be KCMO police officer…and if you hang out long enough, you just might see a citizen’s arrest!

Josh and Gina Christophersen- Pastor/ House church leaders
Spiritual title: Earthy Experience Engineer
Role: Leads HC, oversees biblical teaching in the Rock Training Center which includes “School of Foundations” and “School of Leaders.” He also coordinates night and day prayer at the Portal.
Fun Facts: Married to Gina for 10 years and have 6 beautiful kids.

Tim and Janet Johns- Founding Elder/ House church leaders
Spiritual Title: Fresh Encounter Coach
Role: Tim serves as a local/founding elder in the church.  He brings coaching to Ryan and Josh in Kansas City and raises up leaders in other cities around the country.  Locally he keeps Ryan and other leaders accountable to fulfilling the mission of the church.  Tim’s passion is to raise up leaders who raise other leaders.  He also ensures the teaching of sound doctrine, core values, vision and strategy for all Rock International church families.
Fun Facts: Tim is married to Janet for 35 years and has 2 kids, Alissa and Jason Johns.  He also has 3 beautiful  grandchildren.

Mano and Lori Boussuge- Pastor/ House church leaders
Spiritual Title: Radical Encounter Architect
Role: Leads a house church, corporate prayer meetings, and brings prophetic direction and insight to the church.
Fun Facts: Married to Lori with 2 children, Josh and Sarah.

Role: Leads a house church, steering committee member for Lykins Neighborhood Assoc., and develops urban farming and agriculture opportunities.
Fun Facts: Jason and Candy have 2 kids, Raven and Titus, with one more on the way!!!

If you could choose one of your personality traits to pass on to your children, what would it be? It would be monkey-likeness because it includes my passion, curiosity, silliness, and great hair! So if I could only choose one trait, that would be it because it’s such a great package deal.

Jeff Spahn- Worship Team Leader
Spiritual Title: Master Experience Architect or Organic Rebirth Tour Guide-(I guess it depends on the day)
Role: Jeff directs and leads church worship team for weekly celebration, he oversees audio/visual equipment, and helps lead prophetic worship for corporate and city-wide prayer. Fun Facts: Married to Danielle with 2 precious babies, Eliana and Levi.

David Mohr- Media Director

Role: Dave directs and oversees media publishing which includes recording and editing audio/video, live web streaming,  and file management to website. If you have any frustration or hate due to media, Dave will be happy to discuss those issues with you!
