School of Leaders
The “School of Leaders” is a specific one-year discipleship tract for people who desire to grow in their ability to lead and take responsibility in the Kingdom of God. The training will cover a span of topics that will motivate the head, heart, and hands to be equipped for godly leadership. The school will focus on the both doctrine and life application. (1Tim.4:16) The year will be divided up into 4 quarters of specific focus. There will be expectations and commitments for those who desire to enroll.
Commitments and Expectations to start School:
1. Commit to be a life-giving person who is willing to lead and influence others
2. Commit to having a teachable spirit and willing to apply what is taught
3. Commit to punctual and consistent in attendance- must notify Ryan of Josh if absent
4. Be willing to do so some homework
5. Must have gone through a Rock Orientation
6. Must be an active member of a house church
7. Must be in a specific 2’s or 3’s regularly
8. Commit Thursdays to fasting
9. Regularly attend and proactively participate in corporate meetings
Requirements by 3rd Quarter:
1. Lead 2’s and 3’s
2. Gone through Encounter God Weekend
3. Take a quantifiable area of responsibility in the church-(deaconing, cleaning, worship, MC of service, sound booth, maintenance, harvesters, administration)
